8.1 Our Insurance
VincisFide maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance ($2,000,000 CAD)
- Professional liability insurance
- WSIB coverage for all employees
- Bonding for electrical contractor operations
8.2 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and accessible work areas
- Disclosing known hazards or special conditions
- Maintaining appropriate insurance on their property
- Complying with building and electrical codes
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards (Interac)
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- Certified cheques for large projects
9.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit required to schedule work (typically 25-50%)
- Progress payments for large projects
- Final payment due upon completion and inspection
- Interest charges apply to overdue accounts (1.5% per month)

11. Dispute Resolution

- Arbitration under the laws of Ontario, if mediation fails
- Legal proceedings in the courts of Ontario as a last resort

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the project stage and timeline.
13. Force Majeure
VincisFide shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ontario.
